- Knowledge of the key elements of a comprehensive COVID-19 prevention program, including PPE, social distancing, hand hygiene, ventilation, and cleaning and disinfection protocols

Training should emphasize on the following contents:
- Introduction to COVID-19 Prevention: Overview of COVID-19 and its impact on workplaces, importance of developing a COVID-19 prevention program.
- Understanding COVID-19 Transmission: How COVID-19 spreads and the risk factors associated with transmission, identification of high-risk areas and activities in the workplace
- Developing a Plan: Identifying and assessing potential hazards and risks related to COVID-19developing policies and procedures to prevent transmission in the workplace, communicating the plan to employees and stakeholders.
- Cleaning and Disinfection: Guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting the workplace, identifying and properly using cleaning and disinfection products, implementing a cleaning schedule.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Identification of PPE requirements for employees, proper use and maintenance of PPE, managing PPE shortages.
- Social Distancing and Other Mitigation Measures: Implementing social distancing measures in the workplace, identifying and addressing bottlenecks and high-density areas, implementing remote work policies, if feasible.
- Employee Monitoring and Screening: Establishing a system for monitoring employees for symptoms of COVID-19, implementing a screening process for employees, visitors, and contractors.
- Responding to Positive Cases: Establishing protocols for responding to positive COVID-19 cases in the workplace, communicating with employees and stakeholders about positive cases, conducting contact tracing and identifying close contacts.
