Bound Copy format and the applicable courier charge has been paid in full.
Learners who purchased the Soft Copy (PDF) format receive digital credentials
only.
4. Intellectual
Property
All course

•
Course access is granted
electronically after successful payment.
•
We reserve the right to update,

6. Limitation of
Liability
Completion of
any course or certification does not guarantee employment, promotion,
regulatory approval, or professional licensing. The institute is not
responsible for third-party decisions based on certification use.
7. Delivery of Physical
Credentials
7.1
Applicability. This section applies only where the learner has purchased
the Hard Bound Copy format. Learners purchasing the Soft Copy (PDF) format
receive digital credentials only, and no part of this section applies to them.
7.2 Courier
Charges. The purchase price of the Hard Bound Copy format covers the
certification and the production of the printed credential. Courier and
delivery charges are additional and are not included in the course price. The
applicable charge is calculated according to the destination and is confirmed
to the learner before dispatch. No physical credential is dispatched until the
courier charge has been paid in full.
7.3 Dispatch
Timeline. Printed credentials are produced and dispatched once the learner
has successfully completed the course, the certificate has been issued, and the
courier charge has been settled. Production and dispatch are typically
completed within 10 to 15 business days of that point. Transit time thereafter
depends on the destination and the courier service selected.
7.4 Delivery
Address. The learner is responsible for providing a complete and accurate
delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery, delay, or loss resulting
from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address supplied by the learner.
Where a consignment is returned to us as undeliverable for that reason,
re-dispatch is available at the learner’s cost.
7.5 Customs,
Duties and Taxes. For international deliveries, any customs duties, import
taxes, clearance fees, or similar charges levied by the destination country are
the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the
course price or the courier charge and are not refundable by us.
7.6 Loss or
Damage in Transit. Where a consignment is confirmed by the courier as lost
in transit, or is received damaged and reported to us with photographic
evidence within 7 days of delivery, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to
the learner. Claims raised outside this period may be fulfilled at our
discretion and at the learner’s cost.
7.7
Tracking. A tracking reference is provided by email at the point of
dispatch where the selected courier service supports it.
7.8 Digital
Credentials Unaffected. Digital credentials are issued and remain
accessible in the student dashboard regardless of the status of any physical
dispatch. A delay in physical delivery does not affect the validity of the
certification or its verification at amiosp.com/student-verifications.
