This course covers topics such as contractor selection and management, risk assessment, supervision and monitoring, and emergency response. Participants will learn about the dangers and hazards associated with contractor work and how to develop and implement effective safety procedures to minimize risk and protect workers. The course is intended for construction and project managers, safety officers, and anyone responsible for managing or supervising contractor work. Instructional contact-time must be a minimum of 8 hours.
