This course is designed to understand objective of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Lead Auditor course is to provide requisite knowledge and skills to plan, conduct and report a QMS audit according to the applicable audit principles, procedures, and techniques. The training program makes the participants understand the roles and responsibilities of an auditor, the interpretation of ISO 9001:2015 standard as well as the principles and practice of auditing. The 5-day course is a blend of training sessions, exercises, and group discussions coupled with learning to achieve its set objectives. Instructional contact-time must be a minimum of 8 hours.

- Auditing Quality Policy and Objectives: How to review and evaluate an organization's quality policy and objectives, how to assess the effectiveness of the policy and objectives in achieving compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, techniques for identifying areas for improvement
- Auditing Planning and Implementation of QMS: How to review and evaluate an organization's planning and implementation of a QMS, how to assess the effectiveness of the planning and implementation in achieving compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, techniques for identifying areas for improvement
- Auditing Measurement and Evaluation: How to review and evaluate an organization's measurement and evaluation of quality performance, how to assess the effectiveness of the measurement and evaluation in achieving compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, Techniques for identifying areas for improvement
- Auditing Management Review: How to review and evaluate an organization's management review process, how to assess the effectiveness of the management review in achieving compliance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, techniques for identifying areas for improvement
Training will be conducted via Microsoft Team Meeting, online. Meeting invites will be shared on the day before the first day of training.
