Participants will learn about the dangers and hazards associated with food transportation and how to develop and implement effective food safety procedures to minimize risk and protect consumers. The course is intended for workers in the food industry, transportation and logistics professionals, and anyone responsible for the safe transport of food items. Instructional contact-time must be a minimum of 8 hours.
