2. Vehicle Safety Management: Understanding the principles of vehicle safety management on construction sites, implementing vehicle safety programs and procedures, identifying and managing vehicle hazards
3. Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance:  Implementing safe operating procedures for vehicles on construction sites, conducting regular inspections and maintenance of vehicle,  identifying and addressing potential hazards during inspections and maintenance
